- Multisport Coaching – $175/month (Contact me for special beginner rates)
- Single sport Coaching - $100/month
- Ongoing Consultation – Coaching yourself, but looking for a little guidance and someone to consult with frequently? – Please contact me
- One on one/Group Sessions – Please contact me
Coaching includes:
- Detailed training plan issued weekly (bi-weekly for beginners)
- Seasonal race schedule planning
- Data analysis (Power files, GPS (Garmin), HR)
- Form/technique analysis
- Nutrition advising / referral to RD for special dietary needs
- Unlimited contact via email/phone
- Once monthly one-on-one session (local)
- Additional one-on-one/small group sessions possible, fee negotiable
One size does not fit all in training. Everybody and every body is unique. Therefore, I don’t simply modify a plan to fit your schedule. There are many ways to get to the same place. Which is right for you? I consider all aspects of the athlete – goals, training/racing history, strengths and limiters, mentality, physiology, and lifestyle to develop a plan based on those individual needs that will drive you to new levels, have you reach your goals, keep you motivated and maintain balance with your life.
I am highly committed to the growth, success, wellbeing and education of the people I work with. Working with me means more than plans in your inbox and phone chats. You might train with me, talk to me daily when needed, invite me to push you through a tough workout, video chat to assist on a technique issue, etc. I encourage all to take advantage and engage collaboratively with their training experience.
