Motivated by my own experience and a life long passion for running, it is important to me to introduce young girls to running as a tool to build confidence, develop an interest in physical activity, learn about their bodies, and develop a healthful foundation to the mental, physical and emotional aspects of sport, including nutrition, body image, attitude and injury prevention.

Whether they take running and sport into adulthood as fun and recreation or to a competitive level, it’s important they have a healthful mindset and habits so that they may enjoy it to the fullest and/or reach their potential.

I work one-on-one and with groups to develop young interest or talent, provide off season training guidance and mentorship, and teach proper stretching/functional strength exercise routines.
